Orders and delivery

Before paying, confirm the recipient phone number, network and selected bundle. Orders are sent for processing after successful payment confirmation. Most completed orders are processed within minutes, but delivery can take longer when a network or provider is delayed.

Payments, delays and refunds

Paystack checkout is used for supported card and Mobile Money payments. If a provider reports that a paid order has failed, BKDataDeals starts a refund automatically: wallet purchases are returned to the wallet and Paystack purchases are refunded to the original payment method.

Account and reseller use

Keep account details secure and use only payment methods you are authorised to use. Resellers are responsible for the prices and public details they publish in their stores.
