Can I buy without an account?
Where guest checkout is available, you can buy with the recipient number and payment method. An account makes it easier to manage wallet activity and order history.
What happens if an order fails?
Track the order first. If a paid order is reported as failed, follow the refund information in the order status or contact support with the receipt reference.
